The ladies took center stage last Wednesday and Thursday during the Elkhorn Golf Club Women's Member-Guest golf tournament for 13 twosomes.

Gross stroke winners over in the two flights were Arlene Herich-Marilyn Celano and Kaye Burnham-Lynn Heidel.

Top net twosomes were Beckie Biedebach-Cathy Brown Wellins and Marilyn Hoffman-Roz Cline.

Closest-to-the-pin prize for members on No. 6 went to Beckie Biedebach, and Marilyn Hoffman won longest drive on No. 18 for members.

For guests, Roz Cline captured closest-to-the-pin and Donna Abrahamson long drive.

Tournament format was, on the first day, best ball of twosome and, on the second day, an eclectic format using your best score from Wednesday or Thursday for gross/net totals.

On the tournament committee chaired by Pat Meadowcroft were Trudy Demorest, Kaye Burnham, Nancy Dreyer, Gail Lincoln, Edie Cary, Brownell Cochran and Jeanne Welch.

Results, with Elkhorn members listed first and guests with their clubs in parentheses:
