7 Dog Ranch took care of business with a 10-run third, sending an unbelievable 19 batters to the plate with a singles and doubles flurry. Chipping in with bases-clearing HRs in the big frame were Greg Edwards (3 hits, 4 runs) and T.J. Petersen. 7 Dog Ranch: Wendy Hosman 3 hits (double) and 3 runs, Sean Harrington 3 hits and 4 runs, Anna Edwards 3 hits (double), Joe LaManna and Tammi Dilworth 2 hits apiece. Andrus Elec.: Rich Lang and Donovan Romrell 2 hits apiece, Nicola Miller double.

Power Engineers 14, Mahoney's/Wicked Spud 3

Power secured the No. 3 tournament seed by striking early with a 4-run first and 6-run third for an 11-3 cushion. Clutch hits came from Richard Ulrich (2 hits, double, 3 runs), Jamie Stone (2 hits, double, 3 runs), Jason Marenda (3 hits, triple, 3 runs), Jamie Ulrich (2 hits, 2 runs) and Kyle Bennett (2 hits). Mahoney's: Sean Guisasola 3 hits (double), Tracy Peterson HR.
