RECENT RESULTS FROM JULY 24

Andrus Elec./Cowboy Cocina 14, Columbia Paint/Bradley Tech 5

Andrus Electric/Cowboy Cocina helped its record with a much need win as the season is starting to near a close. Andrus easily beat Columbia Paint/Bradley Tech, 14-5. Columbia remains as the only team that is winless. Rich Lang had two hits and three runs for Andrus. Jeff Stedman had a powerful day with three hits, one of them being a home run. Alexis Lindberg had a hit and two runs on the day as well. Brandon Ive showed some versatile hitting as he had a triple and a double and scored three times. Brent Hope was the only hope Columbia had in the game as he went 3 for 4 with a home run. Brad Thompson and Skyler Perry both had a hit and a run.

7 Dog Ranch 28, Power Engineers 14

This game could have been mistaken for a football game there was so much scoring. The 7 Dogs are not only undefeated, but they lead the league in both runs scored for (204), and fewest runs allowed (75). The dominance the 7 Dogs portray comes through in the score. They continued their winning ways by beating Power Engineers, 28-14. TJ Peterson had four hits including a home run and three runs scored. Zack Dilworth had three hits and four runs in the game for the 7 Dogs. Sean Harrington had three hits (2 doubles) and three runs. Buddy Peterson had four hits (3 doubles) and three runs as Tammi Dilworth had two hits and two runs. As for Power, Kyle Bennett had another good day at the plate as he had three hits and three runs scored. Kevin Rust had one heck of a day as well. He smashed the ball three times, two of them were home runs. And Jason Marenda tallied up two hits and two runs.
