RECENT RESULTS

Hailey Hotel/Smith 13, Andrus/Cowboy Cocina 6

Five hits by Stephen Vouch, Brad Dredge (4 hits, triple, 4 runs), Brandy O'Grady (3 hits, 2 runs), Eric Stumpner (3 hits, double, HR, 2 runs) and Megan Balis sparked a 5-run Hotel second that broke a 2-2 tie and sent Hotel to its first win. Rich Lang and Jeff Martin clouted HRs for Cocina in a 3-run third that cut the Cowboy deficit to 7-5.

Mahoney's/Wicked Spud 16, Power Engineers 15

In perhaps the most exciting league game so far, Mahoney's scored 9 runs with one out in the home seventh to overcome a 15-7 deficit and take over second place. Anthony Rooney doubled home a run and scored the winner for the Spudsters, and Dani Stone belted a 3-run double in the decisive uprising. Mahoney's: Sean Guisasola 3 hits (triple) and 3 runs, Lacey Ellsworth 2 hits, Mike Beall 2 hits and 3 runs, Tracy Peterson 4 hits and 3 runs. Power: Kyle Bennett 3 hits (double) and 3 runs, Ben Bainbridge 4 hits (2 doubles), Jamie Ulrich 2 hits (double), Jason Marenda 2-run HR, Richard Ulrich 3 hits, Jimmy Bradley 4 hits (double) and 3 runs.
