Firefighters 21, KECH/Windermere 2 (5 innings)

Firefighters (21 hits) were ablaze early and often. Firefighters: Lee Ritzau triple, HR and 2 runs, Keith Potter 2 hits and 2 runs, Karen McNary 3 hits and 2 runs, John Rathfon 3 hits (HR), Matt Christian HR, double and 2 runs, Steph Rowley 3 runs, Morgan Uhrig HR, Tina Carnes 2 hits and 2 runs, Bryan Burrell 2 hits (double). KECH (5 hits) saw its first 11 batters retired and trailed 10-0 before Amanda Lyons collected the team's first hit of the season.

Trailing 4-0 after two frames and 5-2 after five, Lefty's came alive with 3 runs in the sixth fueled by 3 consecutive hits by M.J. Musselman (2 hits, 2 runs), Kenny Nelson (triple, 2 doubles, 2 runs) and Brenda Blackwell (3 hits) followed by 2-out hits by Tony Mallane (2 hits) and Kathy Harper (2 hits). Lefty's tacked on the winning 3 runs in the seventh on 4 straight safeties by Wendy Speth, Anthony Anderson (2 hits), Musselman and Kenny Nelson's walk-off double. Casino: Tom Moreland 2 hits.

Lefty's Bar & Grill 15, Elevate 7

Fast-finishing Lefty's (18 hits), down 5-2 after three, scored 12 runs on 13 hits in its final three at-bats. Lefty's: M.J. Musselman 3 hits and 2 runs, Wendy Speth 2 hits and 2 runs, Buffalo Rixon triple, Kyle Rushton 4 hits (HR, triple) and 3 runs, Shanell Nelson 2 hits and 2 runs, Kenny Nelson 2 HR. Elevate: Dirk Zondag 3 hits (2 doubles) and 3 runs.

Idaho Bioscience 13, Casino/Whiskeys 11

Casino blasted out to a 4-0 first-inning lead with Mark Belanger (3 hits, double, 2 runs) sparking the early rally. Bioscience bounced back with 4 runs in the second getting 5 straight hits from the bottom of the batting order. The winners finally broke an 11-11 deadlock with the decisive 2 runs in the seventh, with leadoff hits by Kevin Jones (3 hits, double) and Brynn Clemons followed by singles off the bats of Chad Martin (2 hits) and Sarah Jones. Bioscience: Kyle Brown 4 hits (2 doubles) and 4 runs, Kendra Wheeler 3 hits, Ryan Brown 2 hits, Levi Perryman triple and 2 runs. Casino: Dave Penn 2 doubles and 2 runs, Dustin Feigt 3 hits, Brenda Johnson 2 hits.
