Keep Ramsey as sheriff

I like the old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." It makes a lot of sense.

When something is working well, we should just leave it alone. That's the Blaine County Sheriff's office right now. Under the leadership of Sheriff Ramsey, the department is and has been a well-oiled machine.

With more than 33 years as the chief deputy and now another year as the sheriff, Gene Ramsey is quite obviously the most qualified person to lead the department.

I've worked with Sheriff Ramsey both professionally and as a volunteer for almost 20 years and I truly believe that there is no better man for the job.

Morale within the departments that Gene supervises is high, and like me, I'm sure that you don't want to have to deal with an unhappy cop! In this primary election on May 15, let's vote to keep Gene Ramsey as the Republican candidate for Blaine County sheriff.
