Ramsey is best candidate

Sheriff Gene Ramsey is the only candidate with the experience to be our sheriff. In addition to his 34 years of leadership at the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, he has the ability to inspire, motivate, and bring people together.

Sheriff Ramsey has done an exceptional job in ensuring that the department provides professional law enforcement services to the citizens of Blaine County. There are so many aspects to modern-day law enforcement: patrol, detention, search and rescue, disaster services, SERT Team, driver's licensing, civil processing, school resource officer services, marine patrol, prisoner transport, extradition, records management, risk management and fiscal responsibility.

We want a sheriff who has firsthand experience and knowledge in all of these areas and more.

Sheriff Ramsey understands the difference between "needs" and "wants" and has effectively and efficiently managed the sheriff's office budget for more than three decades.

Sheriff Ramsey is a leader, an exceptional listener and a thinker who will make the right decisions. He will continue to protect and serve the community through progressive, comprehensive, and cost-effective law enforcement. Vote for experience. Vote for Sheriff Gene Ramsey on May 15.

Retired Bellevue marshal
