Fit To Be Fit

The Wood River Bicycle Coalition, Ketchum Professional Fire Fighters and the Ketchum Volunteer Fire Fighters hosted the first Ketchum Row Down event Saturday at the Ketchum Fire Department Station One. Participants competed as individuals and part of team events. Entry fees benefited the Wood River Bicycle Coalition, specifically providing funds to extend the Corral Creek trail to the Pioneer Cabin trailhead. Featured above, the 10,000 meter Row Down event had four teams with four members rotating through 2,000-meter laps. Susan Robinson, on the rowing machine, shows the anguish of the sport as team members Lara McLean, Rebecca Rusch and Karoline Droege support her efforts.
