Scott USA on top in the Town

Town Series teams


Scott USA is the only 0.00 team left in the Sun Valley Town Series, leaving John Zuck, John Reagle, Toby Arnett and Jeff Page atop the heap of 35 teams after four weeks of dual modified giant slaloms.

Other top-five teams are Sutterly Fabulous (0.16), Grateful Shred (0.58), Beddy and the Jets (1.00) and Casino Dancing Bears (3.03).

Fastest racer in Wednesday's combined two-run format was Carl Rixon Jr. of Tekasoreasses at 48.79 seconds. Middle-of-the-road "rabbits" at 67.91 and 68.14 seconds were Sue Conner of Wedeln Unterhosen and Stu Hilleboe of Aspen Sound Machine.

Rounding out Wednesday's top 10: 2—Robin Sarchett (Park Rats) 49.78 seconds. 3—Hunter Storey (Team Manopause) 51.31. 4—Tyler Chandler (PKs: Occupy Baldy) 51.33. 5—Matt Murphy (Tekasoreasses) 53.28. 6—Cam Fraser (WR Masonry) 53.58. 7—John Campbell (Manopause) 53.80. 8—Brett Jacobson (Pulling Out is for Quitters) 53.99. 9—Sarah Mazzola (SVSEF) 55.48. 10—John Lee (Glow Pokes) 55.57.

The series takes a two-week break, resuming March 7.
