Killer wolves are out of control

It is outrageous how naive people are about the wolves in Idaho. What is it going to take, people, the wolves attacking a small child, before you realize how out of hand the wolves are and are going to continue to get unless we manage them?

We talk about how inhumane it is to trap these wolves. OK, so what about the poor livestock that get toyed with and then destroyed by these demon killers? I mean, come on, people, when these wolves start attacking livestock, that's people's livelihood. Let me put that into simple terms for all you sitting at your office desk drinking Starbucks: Wolves attack livestock, ranchers lose their livelihood, and being a hunter myself, I have seen for myself the effects the wolves are having on our wildlife. There is no wildlife anymore.

Maybe if you stepped off the trail once in a while you would see just what these beasts are doing to our Idaho. I don't want my son to grow up in an Idaho that has no wildlife, or an Idaho where you can no longer feel safe going for a hike for fear of what might be hunting you!

So I just have one question for all of you who support the wolves: Do you believe serial killers should run around free? Because here you are, supporting the wolves, the wolves that kill for pleasure more then they kill for food. Aren't we supposed to stand up for the innocent, protect those who can't protect themselves?

The wolves are not going anywhere, but they have to be managed. So the time you think that the wolves need to be protected and not hunted, remember that this issue does directly affect you. It starts with them destroying our wildlife, then our livestock, then pets. I don't want to think about might happen after that.

You have to realize that the wolves are destroying people's way of life.
