The Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation officially kicked off its 2011-12 winter season Saturday, Nov. 12 with the 35th annual Fall Game Dinner and Auction in the Limelight Room of Sun Valley Inn. Hundreds of ski supporters attended and entered their bids on a wide assortment of silent and live auction items.

One of the most popular live auction items, attracting a bid of $8,000, was an Argentinean lamb barbecue for 40 people featuring SVSEF alpine director Ruben Macaya, with the support of Bob and Jolie Dunn at Knob Hill Inn.
