Ski swap set for Oct. 20-23

At Sagewillow Barn


The Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation on its Web site has announced details of the 2011 SVSEF Ski Swap, a fundraising display and sale of ski and snowboard equipment and winter clothing/merchandise.

Dates are Thursday through Sunday, Oct. 20-23 at Sagewillow Barn, Elkhorn at Sun Valley. Volunteers are needed. Contact Elise Stelling at  HYPERLINK "mailto:stelling1@cox.net" stelling1@cox.net.

Thursday is check-in day. Local vendors should check-in merchandise from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, and out-of-town vendors from noon-3 p.m. Public check-in of sale items takes place Thursday from noon-6 p.m.

Sale hours are Friday, Oct. 21 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m., plus Saturday, Oct. 22 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 23 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Public check-out of unsold merchandise is Sunday from 12-2, and vendor check-out is Sunday from 1-4 p.m.

Be sure to save some time at the public check-in by visiting the svsef.org Web site and filling out the merchandise form in advance. Tags will then be issued at check-in.
