What’s up at Jimmy’s Garden?

Jimmy's Garden, the small pocket park at the corner of Second and Croy in Hailey, was built with private funds and donated to the city of Hailey. In return, the city would maintain the landscaping and the water features.

In the summer, it's a great place to hang out, for all ages. After almost three years, the city has done minimal upkeep. Just mowing the lawn does not cut it. The water components of the park are why most folks go there. Those were shut down this midsummer. So what's up?
