60 runners enjoy the Roadrunner

Meals on Wheels fundraiser

Sixty runners enjoyed the Blaine County Senior Connection's second annual Roadrunner 5-kilometer run and walk Saturday in Hailey. The event benefited the center's Meals on Wheels program.

Fastest runners were Ryan Yates (19:40) and Angenie McCleary (20:32). Sponsors included Mountain West Bank, St. Luke's and Scottevest.com.

Senior Connection Executive Director Kimberly Coonis said winners of the prize raffle included Betty Grant ($500 in groceries from Atkinsons'), Dan and Bridgett Karlovich ($300), Tewa Evans ($200), Jeanne Ewersen (Sun Valley Lodge brunch) and John Vladimiroff (Scottevest).
