Roger Andrew Anderson

Born in Jamestown, N.Y., Roger was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Columbia University where he received his master of business administration degree.

During Roger's career, he held senior finance positions in a variety of industries around the world. He was also a private equity investor and a member of the board of directors of several public companies.

Roger was held in the highest regard by his friends and business associates for his acumen, intelligence and integrity.

He is survived by Holly, his loving wife of 43 years; his daughter, Wendy; son, Tim; and three grandchildren.

Roger's extensive experience abroad resulted in his life-long interest in travel, current events, food and wine. After retirement, Roger was happiest in the mountains of Idaho, where he spent his time playing golf, fishing, cross-country skiing and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.

A memorial service and celebration of Roger's life will be conducted in early September in Houston.

In lieu of customary remembrances, contributions in memory of Roger A. Anderson may be directed to the Idaho Community Foundation, Silver Creek Special Fund, 210 W. State St., Boise, ID, 83702.
