Lefty's (23 hits) came out strong, sending 15 batters up in a 13-run, 12-hit first. The outburst featured an RBI double and grand slam HR by Anthony Anderson (3 hits, 2 runs) as well as an RBI triple by Wendy Speth (3 hits, 3 runs, 3 RBI) and 2-run double by M.J. Musselman (2 hits, 4 RBI). Lefty's: Shannon Webb 2 hits (double) and 3 runs, Brenda Blackwell 2 hits and 3 runs. Bioscience: Kevin Jones double and 2 runs, Isaac Chilcote 2 hits (double), Levi Perryman 3 hits (2 doubles) and 4 RBI.

Lefty's Bar & Grill 17, Elevate 0 (5 innings)

Lefty's started its 38-run, 45-hit Monday Night Softball doubleheader by limiting Elevate to 7 hits, 2 by Dirk Zondag. In this run-rule game, Lefty's (22 hits) put together an 8-run, 9-hit second and 6-run, 7-hit fourth. Lefty's: Dave Hausmann 3 hits and 3 RBI, Jeff Burrell 3 hits (HR) and 3 runs, Buffalo Rixon 3 hits (double) and 2 runs, Wendy Speth 2-run triple, Bonnie Burrell 2 hits and 2 runs, Kyle Rushton 2 hits (double) and 3 runs, Tony Mallane 2-run double.
