Quality care at St. Luke’s

As a recent visitor to my daughter's home in Hailey, I would like to send a special thank you to all of the employees of St. Luke's Clinic and St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center for the high-quality, personal and loving care I received after having been diagnosed with pneumonia. The quick response to my situation greatly improved my ability to get well.

There were many individuals from whom I received outstanding personal attention. Because of my concern about overlooking anyone, I am choosing to generalize my appreciation to all.

I have had experience in southwestern New Hampshire serving on the board of a major hospital that has grown rapidly, and I quickly found the quality of care in your small community to be exceptional.

It seems to be generally accepted that as an institution grows, it sometimes loses sight of basic goals. I don't see that happening in your community.

I wish you all the very best from a person who has received and appreciates the best of care.
