The view from the pool deck at the Zenergy health club at Thunder Spring north of Ketchum is arguably one of the most beautiful in the valley.

But don't expect the kids at Zenergy's summer camp to appreciate it. They'll be too busy splashing in the pool to pay much mind to their surroundings.

And while the pool is the centerpiece of the camps that run daily from mid-June through the end of August, campers are entertained in myriad other ways.

Each day offers pool time and arts and crafts, with rotating activities that include tennis, kids yoga, squash, kayaking, golf and outdoor games. Performing and visual arts are part of the camp experience.

Under the auspices of Heather Miller, a certified elementary and special education teacher, as well as an avid triathlete, children ages 4-9 are active and happy from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Children may attend on individual days or full weeks.

Pre-registration is required. For 2011 pricing and signup, call Miller at 725-0595, ext. 170.

And don't forget the goggles!
