Forty-six racers, plenty of happy spectators and countless cheerful dogs had a great time Sunday, March 6, during the 2011 "Howlin' Hoedown" 26th annual Paw 'n' Pole Celebration at the Sun Valley Gun Club.

Event co-chairs were Andrea Nelson, Bobby Noyes and Doran Key, helped by guest emcee Kathy Wygle. The Paw 'n Pole raised money for the nonprofit Animal Shelter of the Wood River Valley.
