James J. Stankus

James J. Stankus of San Diego, Calif., died Aug. 13, 2010, after a brief illness. He was 56.

Jim was born on July 3, 1954, in Worcester, Mass., the son of John and Dorothy Stankus. He enjoyed reading, softball, umpiring, being a member of Red Sox nation and an avid New England sports fan. Memorial donations can be made to the Why Me & Sherry's House, 1152 Pleasant St., Worcester, MA 01602.
