Shout it out: Merry Christmas! Or any greeting that is sincere and comes from the heart. "Happy Holidays" doesn't mean much to me, so if I say that to someone it's really shallow. My "Merry Christmas!" greeting means that I wish you true joy and peace and hope. It is the very best wish I can possibly give to anyone because Christ's coming has given me the gifts of joy and peace and hope that I would love to share with everyone.
If someone said, "Happy Hanukkah" or "Assalamu Alaikum" (Peace be upon you) to me, I would never be offended, because I would know that that is their way of passing on their good wishes.
Don't be shy or sparing with your wishes of good tidings to all. Merry Christmas!
