Souper Supper keeps at it

It's the time of year when the Souper Supper dining room likes to remind the Wood River Valley that we are still here and have been providing meals to those who need them for the past 13 years.

We are a nonprofit organization. We have no employees and all donations go directly to feeding anyone who comes through our doors at St. Charles Church in Hailey on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m., without question.

We do no advertising and don't have fancy fundraisers, but our volunteers are among the best in the valley. We have groups of students, groups from many different faiths, groups from the hospital and just plain old groups of friends who have been our faithful volunteers for these 13 years. We are eternally thankful for them and for St. Charles Church for allowing us to use their hall all these years.

If you have it in your heart to send a tax-deductible donation to an organization like this, you will find Dora Levin at Box 4197 in Ketchum happy to receive it.

For some reason, we were left off the lists of nonprofit groups in the valley and just wanted you all to know that we are still working hard, cooking good meals and loving the work we do for those who need a hot meal, no questions asked.
