Pitkethly’s son wants to hear from friends

My son A.J. Pitkethly has been missing his father, Albert Jay Pitkethly from Ketchum, since Sept. 16, 2001. At the time Jay went missing, A.J. was 7. He has been very sad and lost since that day. I think he always had hope his dad would come home to him. Last week, I had to tell him that his dad's bones were found by a hunter in the Wood River Valley.

I know what a great man he was and how much he loved his son, A.J. He was at the wrong place at the right time and his life ended.

A.J. is now 16 and only a few people have contacted him. I am hoping that if there is anyone who knew Jay and loved him like we did, they could somehow reach out to A.J. and let him know. A letter, card, e-mail, phone call, flowers or donation for burial letting him know you cared about his dad would possibly make him smile again. His address is A.J. Pitkethly, 34026 Selva Road, Unit 65, Dana Point, CA 92629, (760) 458-4033, ajpitkethly@hotmail.com.
