Kelly Park in Soda Springs hosts the Idaho High School Activities Association's state high school cross country championships for the first time since 2004 on Saturday, Oct. 30.

Based on results of last week's conference footraces, Hailey's 4A Wood River High School and the Community School of Sun Valley (2A/1A) will send full boys' and girls' teams to the state meet.

Soda Springs is 60 miles southeast of Pocatello off of U.S. Highway 30. Take Exit 47 off of I-15 South. The 2A/1A girls run at 11:30 a.m. followed by 2A/1A boys at 12:30 p.m. The 4A girls take off about 1:30 p.m. and the 4A boys at 2:30 p.m.

At state, trophies will be presented to the top four finishing boys' and girls' teams in each classification. All members of the top two teams receive medals. And those individuals placing in the top 20 of each division and classification receive medals as well.

Here are results of the Oct. 20 Great Basin Conference and Fourth District 2A/1A races at College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls and, for the 2A/1A, at Gooding Golf Course.
