McCleary has helped transportation

As chair of the Mountain Rides Transportation Authority in Blaine County, I'm very aware of the tremendous contributions Angenie McCleary has made to transportation programs in Blaine County. Through her leadership role, sheer diligence and working with many stakeholders and citizen groups, she made it possible to develop a broad-based mobility plan for the county and beyond. This mobility plan significantly increases travel options for Blaine County residents.

Her work led to the receipt of $1.7 million dollars of stimulus money to Mountain Rides for new buses and vans and new bus service between Blaine County and Twin Falls. Further, the mobility plan assured that Blaine County and Mountain Rides would continue to receive state and federal funds for travel options and choices. Without such a plan, continued funding was in jeopardy.

From my perspective, Angenie is an invaluable asset to the county's transportation efforts. Please elect her as county commissioner.
