Yale’s Whiffenpoofs Serenade Ketchum



The Yale University Whiffenpoofs are the oldest collegiate a cappella group in the nation. They made their Idaho debut at last year’s Sun Valley Jazz Jamboree and will return to Sun Valley to perform for the 21st Sun Valley Jazz Jamboree this weekend. As part of the Sun Valley Jazz Jamboree community outreach, the Whiffenpoofs will perform a singing tour of Ketchum today, singing at 10 a.m. in Atkinsons’ Market, at 10:30 a.m. at the Coffee Grinder, at 11 a.m. at T’s and Temptations, at 11:30 a.m. at Tully’s, at noon at Cristina’s Restaurant and Bakery and at 12:30 p.m. at ArtQuest West and the Moose Girls Café. The Whiffenpoofs will also sing today at the Sun Valley Lodge Dining Room at 6:30 p.m. for festival pass holders.
