Northwood Place Nears Completion


Ketchum affordable-housing complex Northwood Place is almost complete after about a year of construction. The project is the brainchild of Ketchum's Community Development Corp., which is led by Executive Director Jon Duval, left. Duval and Lori Hansen, leasing agent for Syringa Property Management, stand in one of the three-bedroom units designed in a townhouse style. The complex consists of five buildings—each three stories high—providing 32 apartments for rent along Saddle Road north of the Wood River Community YMCA. Rents fluctuate based on residents’ income.
