Dolphins score another Sagebrush title

League swimmers from Hailey

The Wood River Dolphins swim team earned another overall title at the Sagebrush League Championships in Twin Falls Saturday, July 31.

A seasonal development team, the (BCRD) Dolphins compete against eight other teams in southern Idaho in summer months. After a lot of hard work and six regular-season meets since May, the Dolphins were ready to test their skills and speed.

Coaches Cameron Randolph and Amy Anderson were pleased with the performances of the team.

"Everyone worked so hard all year on their technique and it really showed at Championships. Other coaches commented on how good our team looked, especially how the younger kids were swimming. It was a great team effort," Randolph said.

Winning gold medals in their classes from the Dolphins were Callie Weber, Anja Jensen, Charlie Loomis and Lola Randolph.
