Get Wyoming on board

First, wolves were on the endangered species list, then they were off, now they're back on. People are either for wolves or against them—not many are undecided.

Idaho and Montana both have wolf management plans that have been accepted by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Wyoming has a wolf management plan that is not accepted by the Fish and Wildlife Service, which is why the wolf was put back on the endangered species list.

For over three years, Wyoming has been told their plan needs to be revised in certain sections. They won't do it. For those of you who feel wolves need management, please, please write Wyoming Game and Fish and Game—5400 Bishop Boulevard, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82006—and tell them to make their plan acceptable for the Fish and Wildlife Service.

There are more wolves in Idaho than in Montana and Wyoming combined. Until Wyoming has an acceptable management plan, Idaho and Montana will not be able to manage their wolf problems. I have written them. Please write Wyoming Game and Fish.
