Be open to other views

Recently, a national political personality spoke here. He recommended that his constituents "stop being so nice" (to those in the other party) because "we are right."

I lean towards a political viewpoint but please don't box me in—with open minds and kind hearts we can take the best of all of us.

I sure hope my friends of different political views don't start beating me up. I assure them I am in tune with many of their views. OK?

Please don't box me out. It would be boring to all think the same.

We need to pull together if this country is to prosper.
