A Blaine County woman has been charged with felony DUI following a car crash earlier this month in Ketchum.

A criminal complaint filed against 48-year-old Nancy K. Landsinger charges her with a felony for having two prior misdemeanor DUI convictions within a 10-year period. According to the complaint, Landsinger was convicted of DUI in 2006 in Blaine County and in 2002 in Ada County.

Her latest DUI charge stems from a vehicle accident on the evening of June 17 near the intersection of East Avenue and Sun Valley Road. According to a Ketchum police report, the accident occurred shortly after 8:30 p.m. when Landsinger, driving a white 1992 Chrysler LeBaron, collided with a parked RV trailer.

Landsinger was arrested at the scene of the accident but is now free on $7,500 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 27. Landsinger is represented by Ketchum attorney Dan Dolan under his public defender contract with Blaine County.

According to the complaint, Landsinger was also charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a "blue colored pipe used to inhale a controlled substance."
