Sincerity appreciated

Tonight the family arrived home to a young man sitting in our driveway with our cat in his arms and his mother by his side, both in tears. Our cat, Mr. Pickles, was hit by their car as he jumped out into the middle of the road. The young man held and comforted Mr. Pickles as he passed away.

It was a pleasure knowing that there are still some heart-felt people left in this world. A heart full of thanks goes out to the young man and his mother from the three girls who loved this dear cat. Thank you for not just driving away, comforting the cat and being so sincere that you were sorry.

RIP, Mr. Pickles. We love you.
