Garth Brooks lawn seating on sale June 12

The Sun Valley Summer Symphony will present its annual Benefit Concert with Garth Brooks on Sunday, Aug. 1, at 6:30 p.m. at the Sun Valley Pavilion.

The show will include outdoor seating on the Sun Valley Pavilion lawn. Tickets are $25, which includes tax and service charges, and can be purchased online at svsummersymphony.org or by calling 578-4229 beginning Saturday, June 12, at 10 a.m. There is a four-ticket maximum for all purchases. Only a small portion of the lawn will have limited visibility of the stage.

The sound and visual experience for lawn seating will be enhanced with state-of-the-art LARES-Lexicon sound systems and high-visibility LED screens. Lawn ticket holders can bring a picnic and non-alcoholic beverages, but no outside alcohol can be brought to the concert. Beverages and light fare will be available for purchase. Lawn seating is not assigned and there are no chairs. Lawn ticket holders choose their own location on a first-come, first-served basis on the lawn and can bring a blanket or low-backed chair. Lawn seating will open at 4 p.m.

In addition, tickets are available for Sun Valley Pavilion seats at $250 for upper section seating and $500 for the lower orchestra seating. This event is the only fundraiser that the Sun Valley Summer Symphony holds and the proceeds from it support the free 15-concert series and year-round music education programs.
