Sun Valley exceeded expectations

On my bucket list was always the desire to ski at the "oldest" ski resort in North America. My wife and I and two other couples had that opportunity for 10 days this past Easter week. To our complete surprise, we discovered the "new" Sun Valley with its great Sun Valley Lodge, village and excellent ski facilities, including the new gondola lift.

Congratulations must be given to the Holding family, resort staff and your local residents for making our stay one of the most enjoyable and relaxing ski holidays. We found the Roundhouse to be our favorite spot for lunch almost every day and the restaurants at night in Ketchum were marvelous.

We have skied in Austria, Switzerland and Italy and all over North America and do not usually return to the same area twice, except for Zermatt—but we all agreed that we will be returning to Sun Valley again in the near future. Thanks, Sun Valley for a perfect ski holiday.
