The names of two incumbent Blaine County commissioners will be on the ballot during the primary election next Tuesday, May 25.

Running unopposed in the primary race for his third term is Blaine County Commissioner Tom Bowman, a Hailey Democrat. Bowman will also be running unopposed during the November general election and is thus guaranteed re-election.

Like Bowman, Blaine County Commissioner Angenie McCleary, a Democrat, is running unopposed in her primary race. McCleary, seeking a second term on the commission, will face off against Ketchum's Mickey Garcia, registered as an independent, in the general election.

Also seeking re-election this November are Blaine County Coroner Russ Mikel, Blaine County Assessor Valdi Pace and Blaine County Clerk JoLynn Drage. All three are running unopposed in the primary and general elections.
