Choose Werth for judge

It's election season and on May 25 citizens of the 5th District will, for the first time in decades, have a choice for district judge. Doug Werth is an ideal candidate for this position. His nearly 25 years as an Idaho attorney and six years of service as a planning and zoning commissioner provide him with a broad understanding of the types of land-use ordinances local governments can enact. Doug is in favor of judicial restraint and will uphold the laws of the people of Idaho.

I've spent many hours in the presence of Doug as he presided as chair of the county P&Z. He is open-minded, fair and unbiased, as well as a man of high integrity. He will serve the community with the kind of intellect, impartiality and fairness that we all desire in our judiciary.
