When you need help on your house, painting, carpentry or a new roof, you ask your friends in the construction trades who you should hire. When you have a medical problem—a bad knee, allergies or a potential cancer scare, you ask your doctor or friends who are nurses who you should see.
The legal business is no different. The lawyers you know can tell you who to use for a particular problem—DUI, divorce or a real estate transaction—and they can tell you whether a judge is a good judge or an attorney is a good attorney.
Take a look at the names of attorneys who practice in Blaine County and support Judge Elgee and compare it with the list of attorneys, if any, who are supporting his opponent. If you don't already know, that will give you a very good idea of who is best qualified to be Blaine County's district judge. There really is no question. It is Judge Robert J. Elgee.
Robert Fallowfield

Editor's note: This letter ran Friday, May 14, with a list of attorneys supporting Elgee, but Mr. Fallowfield's name was inadvertently omitted. Mr. Fallowfield wrote the letter.
