Wellness Festival starts on May 28

The Sun Valley Wellness Festival will take place May 28-31 at the Sun Valley Inn, featuring keynote speaker Jamie Lee Curtis. There will be more than 30 other presentations by authors, doctors and experts in a variety of fields. Day passes cost $75, with weekend passes ranging from$135-$275. Young Dubliners to play Wednesday in Hailey

The Young Dubliners Irish rock show on Tuesday sold out so quickly that another show was added for tonight, May 12, at the Sun Valley Brewery in Hailey. The show will feature bagpipe legend Eric Rigley and some local musicians. The show starts at 8 p.m. at 202 North Main St. For tickets, call the Sun Valley Brewery at 788-0805.

ERC plans Clean Sweep at city parks

The Ketchum-based Environmental Resource Center will facilitate the eighth annual Clean Sweep throughout the community on Saturday, May 15. The event aims to clean up trash and debris littering the land. Volunteers are invited to gather at 9 a.m. at the following locations: Atkinson Park in Ketchum, Hop Porter Park in Hailey and Memorial Park in Bellevue. Food and prizes will be given away. Free tour of Northwest artists' work

The Sun Valley Center for the Arts is offering a free guided tour of its exhibition "Northwest Artists Draw," which features works on paper by five artists based in the Northwest.
