The seventh annual New Balance Girls on the Run 5-kilometer run and walk/Healthy Living Expo is Saturday, May 22 at Heagle Park, Hailey.
Come out to run, walk or stroll at the community event.
After the race, the Healthy Living Expo is held at Heagle Park complete with inflatable activities for kids, music and games, Fresh Air Pets by Sawtooth Botanical Gardens, massage samples by Spa Reverie, yoga and animals to adopt.
Organizations will have displays to offer healthy living information. The groups include St. Lukes, YAK, St. Lukes Elks Rehabilitation, Animal Shelter, Blaine County Recreation, The Advocates, Music N' Me, Galena Lodge, 4-H, The Mountain School and others.
Register early and get a discount. Sign up online at girlsontherunwrv.org, or Friday, May 21 at Atkinsons' in Hailey from 5-7 pm.
Entry fees are $20 adults, $10 youth (18-and-under), and $40 family (4 or more). Registration is available race morning from 8-9 a.m. at Heagle Park. Fees increase race day to $25 adult, $15 youth and $50 family.
One lucky girl will receive two tickets to the Colbie Caillat concert May 30 in conjunction with the Sun Valley Wellness Festival.
