Trout Unlimited to meet Thursday

Trout Unlimited will have a meeting on Thursday, May 6, at the Roosevelt Grille from 5-7 p.m. The meeting will focus on fishing brown and green drake hatches on local waters with Silver Creek Outfitters fishing guide Brian Richter. For details, call 622-4613.

'Bug Zoo 2010: Insects A-Z' continues

The Sawtooth Botanical Garden's Bug Zoo is a free exhibit open to the public Monday through Friday from 1:30-5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Saturday, May 8. The garden is located south of Ketchum at 11 Gimlet Rd. For details, call 726-9358 or visit sbgarden.org.

Elementary to hold art and literature fair

The writing and artistic accomplishments of Hemingway Elementary School students will be on display Thursday, May 6, from 5-7 p.m. In addition, the school will have a bake sale. Everyone is invited to celebrate. For details, call 578-5050, ext. 2509.

92nd Street Y Live broadcasts on business

The Wood River Community YMCA in Ketchum will broadcast 92nd Street Y Live, presenting Captains of Industry with General Electric CEO Jeffery R. Immelt And Business Week editor-in-chief Stephen J. Alder on Thursday, May 6, at 6 p.m. The event is $5 for Y members and $8 for nonmembers. For details, call 622-9622.
