Blaine County students in grades 7-12 can obtain required school sports physicals on Monday, May 17 at Wood River High School, Hailey.
St. Luke's Hospital, St. Luke's Elks Rehabilitation, Wood River High and Wood River Middle School are coming together to host the Athletic Physical Night in the high school gym May 17 at 5:30 p.m.
Physicals are needed every two years after your first examination.
Because the Wood River Medical Community and others volunteer their time for this event, the physical fee is only $15 per student athlete.
All proceeds go back to participating schools, and that further benefits the youth of Wood River Valley.
Exam times are scheduled by a student's last name: 5:30 p.m. (A-I), 6 p.m. (J-R) and 6:30 p.m. (S-Z). Bring $15, immunization records and Idaho Health Examination and consent form with a parent/guardian signature. Forms are available at schools.
