Ketchum resident Jeff Ogden was reported in critical condition Tuesday at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise after he was injured last weekend in a skiing accident on Bald Mountain. According to a hospital employee, Ogden is in the intensive-care unit.
Ogden, 53, hit a tree while skiing in the Cold Springs area of Baldy on Saturday, March 6. The Sun Valley Ski Patrol responded to the accident.

Ogden was transported off the mountain and turned over to paramedics from the Ketchum Fire Department at 10:17 a.m. Paramedics then brought him to St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center near Ketchum at about 10:30 a.m. Ogden was then transferred to St. Alphonsus by a Life Flight helicopter.
Ogden is the owner of Intermountain Construction, the general contractor for many Sun Valley Co. projects. The construction company, which is based in Idaho Falls, built the Sun Valley Pavilion, River Run Lodge, Dollar Mountain Lodge and the Sun Valley Clubhouse.
