The Sun Valley Winter Artist Series will conclude its debut season on Wednesday, March 10, at 8 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church of the Big Wood in Ketchum with "A Gershwin Celebration." The performance will include Baritone Zachary Prince and R.L. Rowsey and Susan Spelius Dunning on piano.

Prince sang with the Sun Valley Summer Symphony last summer and said he is excited to return for the Sun Valley Winter Artist Series.

"I will sing a mixture of classics and a few songs audience members might not know," Prince said. "It will be a balance. It's hard to find songs people don't know because almost every Gershwin song is a hit."

Prince has been doing Broadway shows and cabaret, everywhere from tiny club rooms to large amphitheaters.

"I really enjoy the intimacy of a smaller audience where I can have a dialogue with them," he said. "I love music, art and theater that can inspire people and enlighten people who may not understand the arts. I am excited to come back and have a warm, cozy night with everybody."

Prince, Rowsey and Dunning will be available for an after-concert reception. In addition, the Sun Valley Winter Artist Series will have its first benefit concert at the Sun Valley Pavilion on Sunday, Sept. 5, Labor Day weekend, with pianist Misha Dichter. For details, visit svwas.org.
