No one was injured Sunday afternoon when a car collided with a Mountain Rides Transportation Authority bus in west Ketchum.

Police reported the accident occurred at about 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Second Avenue and Third Street when a northbound vehicle allegedly failed to yield from the Second Avenue stop sign and struck the westbound bus in the front driver's side panel.

Ketchum Police Chief Steve Harkins identified the driver of the car, a 2009 Chrysler rental vehicle, as 36-year-old Charlene Palmer of Coto de Caza, Calif. Harkins said she was issued a citation for failure to yield. The driver of the bus was identified as 53-year-old Torrey Grubbs, of Bellevue.

Harkins said both vehicles received only minor damage.
