This is a simple note to hopefully address a simple matter that in the past has given many people great listening pleasure and for some unknown reason, has suddenly stopped.
Like a lot of keen skiers in Ketchum, my friends and I spend a lot of time skiing the bowls. One of the unique things about skiing the bowls and riding Mayday lift has been the music. Over the course of a day, week, a season for that matter, the variety of tunes the young Peruvian lifties play has always been refreshing and interesting. No offensive head-banger material here—tons of Marley, the Stones, Eric Clapton and a variety of music from their countries of origin.
So, Mr. Mountain Manager or Supervisor, please bring back the music to Mayday—it gives a good hit to many bowl riders and I am sure it is an important incentive to your staff who have always had the right attitude.
