Valeta Patricia ‘Walker’ Reed

Born June 22,, 1922, in Los Angeles, Calif., Valeta P. Reed passed away peacefully at her home in her sleep in the early morning hours of Jan. 26, 2010. Valeta was a longtime resident of Seal Beach, Calif., and of Ketchum. Idaho, where she raised her four children, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition, she leaves behind a host of loyal friends and loved ones, whose lives have been forever enriched by her wonderful spirit and kind heart.

Memorial services to be held at Saint Anne's Church in Seal Beach, Calif., on Feb. 12, 2010, at 10:30 a.m.
