Nordic Community Gives Big


Galena booster Jenny Busdon and Elephant’s Perch co-owner Bob Rosso were a dynamic duo behind the success of this year’s 14th annual Galena & the Trails Winter Benefit dinner and auction fundraiser. The event took place at the Sun Valley Inn Limelight Room on Saturday, Jan 16. The benefit raised $140,000 for Galena Lodge and trail systems, $13,000 more than the amount raised last year. “This is absolutely a wonderful response from our cross-country ski community, especially with the economy still so unsettled,” Busdon said. “I am thrilled.” Express photo by David N.
