Morgan’s pounds Yoga, Sun Valley squads skate to a tie

Usually on the other end of thumping, Morgan's Fine Finishes turned the table on Yoga, winning 9-3 in Senior Hockey League play on Monday.

Billy Tryder let loose, scoring three goals. Sean Murray (2/3) and Dave Hennessy (2/1) tallied two each. Chris Benson fired in one and Phil Hebert served up four assists.

Yoga's goal getters were Taylor Rothgeb with a pair and Jon Duval one. Yoga dropped to 4-4 with the loss. Morgan's is 4-4 as well, but perception is a funny thing depending on if your fortunes are heading up or down.

In the nightcap, Sun Valley Auto and Sun Valley.com skated to a 3-3 tie. Dot commers solving Stoney were Mike Brooks, Rob Prew and Trevor Thomas. John McGuone had two goals and Bryan Speth one for Grumpy's.
