The Mint is opening its doors for some big rock shows for the holidays. To kick off Christmas, Bruce Willis, actor, musician and the nightclub's owner, will hold two shows with a local guest musician on Wednesday, Dec. 23, and Thursday, Dec. 24. Doors will open at 8:30 p.m. and the show will start at 10 p.m. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 the day of the show.

In addition, The Mint will have two shows on New Year's Eve, Thursday, Dec. 31, with legendary musician Dave Mason. Ticket prices and times to be announced.

Willis' last Wood River Valley performance took place at the "Kick Ash Bash," the Castle Rock firefighters benefit concert in Sun Valley's Festival Meadows in October 2007. Though The Mint in Hailey has seen a few live music shows in the past year, Willis and his special guest are the biggest headliner act to perform at The Mint in some time.
