Thanks, Tina

I think we are most fortunate who are privileged to know once in our lifetime a person of true compassion, understanding, acceptance and unconditional love. I am among the most fortunate, for I knew such a person over a span of three and a half decades: Tina Fabiano.

Tina has always been so much to me—a wonderful friend, always ready to listen, to laugh with, to cry with; one of understanding and wisdom; one whose own life was far from easy, but one who was never so caught up in her own troubles that she didn't have time to listen to mine.

We are all a little poorer today, now that Tina is no longer with us. But we are also so much richer for having known her and having loved her as she loved us.

Thanks, Tina, for the smiles, the tears, the good times and the tough ones. You may be gone from us, but you will never be forgotten.
